Wait a second, I think I just realized something:
We had to skip that flash, and obviously some important things happened in it (namely the planets being put into place and the meteor landing on Earth).
But since it glitched up and had to be skipped, does that mean the characters themselves don't remember the events happening because they didn't actually get to play out?

That's what I'm thinking

So what CAN we put together about the missing parts of the flash? Jade pockets Earth, returns to the incipisphere via shenanigans (??), possibly drops the beta planets to orbit by this point (if not already before her appearence on the meteor?), then scatters the meteor crew on them. Apparently then she clobbers John who proceeds to "go missing" (more unstabilized-by-the-cursor stuff?)

And is she still actively controlled by HIC? Aside from the last part, none of this is sounding very sinister.

I'd assume she got the planets and Battlefield off the meteor before plunging down onto Earth, since she needs the defense portals to get to Earth (and so does the Condence for that matter). She also teleported everyone from LOMAX to different planets, which due to time shenanigans no-one remembers. Jade may or may not be back in the Inciphisphere as of yet, since she was in orbit around B2!Earth last we saw. Enough time has passed for Rose to sober up into her usual eloquent tongues, but something is preventing the others from talking to her.

Also we saw Jane Crockercorp with GCat in one of the ectobiology labs, presumably so that GCat can actually be made and fulfill its own paradox loop.

^Just a point of clarification, but the Condesce used the Beta portal to get to Earth just like all the babies did, because she, like they are, is on both Beta and Alpha Earth.

It's like in that Futurama episode with the Harlem Globetrotters. Time keeps skipping around, but characters don't remember what happened between timeskips despite events progressing as normal.

Hmmm...so what are the chances that Jade and Jane will be snapped out of their mind control before a6a6a6 and start to become characters again have relatively normal interaction with the cast instead of evil mindless puppet plot devices?

What are the chances we will see John again before the final battle?

Also, I don't like the fact that we are being blue-balled from a reunion--again. :/
