The post order seems to be a bit wonky for me. Are there any options for that that anyone knows of?

Post order? You can sort images. Take a look at this: http://mspabooru.com/index.php?page=help&topic=cheatsheet

DERP. I mean comment order.

Also pms are a thing here. Cool.

So, it looks like the comments are still doing that thing where the right-hand margin is over in Timbuktu for some reason. Any fixes, or do the widescreen master race just have to suck it up for once?

Sorry, i am unable to replicate the issue. Widescreen or no widescreen the comment page looks fine to me.

By "looks fine" do you mean the text is supposed to just keep going to the edge of the screen?

Come to think, the thumbnails in the archive do the same thing. It's supposed to be 5x5, right? Because I'm getting 4x6 then one more.

Is there any info on using the notes?
Now there is at least a little message in the upper-left corner which says "saving note" but it doesn't seem to save it very quickly if at all (unless I'm just being impatient).

Works instantly for me, can't reproduce the problem. test image: http://mspabooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=65388

I don't understand what you mean, none of the comments text is going to the edge of the screen for me.

Admittedly it's still an improvement over the old booru where there was no gutter (is that the right word?) so the text just ran right up to my scroll bar, but I'm still pretty sure it's not supposed to be bound to the window size.

Possibly related, like I said:

Correct, the width is dynamic and adjust to how wide your browser is. This is intentional.

Ah, That's... a bit odd, but whatever. Thanks anyway.

Keep in mind that some things which look like issues get resolved automatically after syncs and backups are done. If u find an issue you can report it, or check back on the issue one day after you've found it.

A few more things:

When deleting images it takes a few minutes for the index to update. I believe it automatically updates every 5 minutes (corrected the 15 number, it's changed now) which means that if you delete images they will not display in searches but will be viewable in the "posts pages" via manual browsing through them. Permanently deleting them via admin panel removes them entirely from the database.

When deleting an image from the admin panel the reason is automatically set to "tos".(short for terms of service) If you see that as reason for deleting it's most likely deleted via admin panel.

Permanently deleted images are un-restorable and get removed from the database entirely with all of their information. Following a link to a permanently deleted image will default back to the posts page (http://mspabooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=list&tags=all).

A link to temporarily deleted images goes to that image's dedicated page with all of it's tags, source, comments, the reason for deleting,etc... Clicking the "Show original image" button goes to that image even if it's temporarily deleted. Images are still viewable when temporarily deleted so you might want to keep that in mind when deleting.

A small advise: try to always have reasons for deleting and flagging, it helps out the mods/admins A TON.

If I recall anything else that might be useful I'll get it posted.

P.S. Try to pick a few images for your error pages: http://mspabooru.com/index.php?page=forum&s=view&id=13 so that Slayerduck can set them tonight or the day after.

Alaron

[EDIT] Just realized that this might not be the perfect place to post but you have the info so do w/e you want with the post.

So let's say I had a momentary brain lapse and accidentally hit the "always view original size" link. There's a way to turn that off again, right?
