So I've been clearing my cache and the images still aren't being resized. Is that not a thing anymore...?

Generally, do you guys prefer Tumblr sources or Deviantart sources for artists who have both? I just got a Tumblr recently and I'm slowly transfering my art there, so I was wondering if it matters or if there was any preference at all. This pertains to me but it's a valid question in general I suppose.

I would say whichever's username the artist tag is based on on is preferrable.... but if this makes no difference, go wild.

In general, I've been playing it that tumblr > devart, unless stated otherwise. People seem to find it more accessible/easier to reblog.

I accidentally clicked "always view original" at the top of a resized image, and now I can't make them small again. D:

I think you can fix that by either deleting your cache or your cookies... don't really know which.

ALSO didn't know where to put this but there are like a bunch of aliases that need approving, also could someone delete or edit the be_the_seadweller_lowblood one because it's meant to be be_the_sea_dweller_lowblood thanks

I am pretty reluctant to approve a bunch of aliases since they only half work. I would really implore you to use the mytags or a copypasta doc unless you really really REALLY need it as an alias.

Alright, this probably sounds stupid as hell to all of you, but the only other Booru I spend any significant time on is Derpibooru, and we tag our stuff a lot different there.

I can't ever remember now to make a tag turn purple for crossovers/references to non-MSPA works and I can't find a guide on how to do that in any place that's halfway convenient.

Would someone mind helping me out with this so that it will always be in this thread whenever I need to look it up?

put "copyright:" in front of the tag you want purple

you can also go to the tags section of the site, and on the right hand side of the list, there's an edit option for tag type you can change to whatever you want

either method affects all instances of the tag

As a side note, you can manually change a tag if you accidentally make it an artist tag for example, through the tags tab at the top of the page. You'll have to find the tag in the list of tags in order of last usage, but control f helps with that.

Not sure why I am replying only now, but whatever. Sure you may be reluctant to use aliases because apparently they only "half work". (???) That doesn't change the fact that when they do "half work" as you say, well, they work. And other people do use them - some may use them a lot, and they provide very useful and helpful shortcuts. Really it would be a lot better and easier to add them in.
