I was almost expecting some sort of weird botched regeneration or something.

However, I won't be entirely relieved until I figure out what HIC and LE are up to with their seemingly benevolent grant. Even if LE simply wants a worthy opponent of Jake and HIC wants a Void player around, they still just gave god tier to two other players and that still worries me.

I'm excited for Jane tbqh. Life powers have always been shown in the comic to be quite important. And Dirk has been shown to be pretty connected to the concept of his aspect and it's importance... this is a pretty exciting group of godtiers all around.

I'm still getting over the fact that Jane's shoes have BRIGHT NEON PINK soles.

What if they represent her relationship with the Condesce? Specifically, is she now so capable of crushing the one she is heiress to under her soles that they already display the color of the blood that's destined to stain them?

Actually, Jake's highlights being in orange are weirding me out too. The last time we saw Hope godtiers, both their shoes/highlights were purple. At the least, this goes to show that there's no consistent color between Classes within a certain aspect.

Yeah, that was mostly rubbish, since I've since remembered that both Feferi and Meenah have had Witch shoes and Thief boots of the same color all over, and the Prince!Dirk of Shelby/Calliope featured Nepeta-olive shoes; however, since Jake's shoes don't feature the same purple as the Amporas' secondary color, that might be of some kind of significance for at least Jake.

Actually, they were a Mind green color. Same with Meulin's boots.
