It depends on the meme I think. Some are tagged with meme/crossover/thing it was crossed over with. Such as hypnotoad is tagged as futurama.

naw it's a fault of tumblr's, since tumblr allows you to change your url freely without consequence. "eternityservedwarm" could have been an entirely different person a few weeks ago. hell we have a bunch of artists on this site tagged under multiple names due to that.
