Nah, a Hero of Blood does not control blood. They rouse it. A Knight is one who uses his aspect to protect others. So a Knight of Blood is one who protects others by making them protect themselves.
Not to be confused with a Page of Blood who makes people more kickass by beating the shit out of their problems, like Commander Shepard.
And you now picture Shepard in the Page outfit.

I was under the impression that literally all we know about Blood is that the alternate universe version of a Seer of Blood got visions about said Seer. And... that's it.
