Yeah, i used to deliver packages for a local business owned by my friends father, went to an apartment once, was greeted by a fairly large and harry man dressed as sailor moon, with other men dressed as the other sailors behind in watching TV, and a fairly cute (weirdly, considering the company) girl dressed as Tuxedo mask.
never accepted a package for that apartment again.

Unless you're a guy dressing as Roxy probably wouldn't arouse much suspicion since she dresses like a 16 year old girl...

Granted a 16 year old girl from the 80s in LA but still it's fairly suitable attire.
