it appears they changed their URL to http://roisale.tumblr.com, but it is deleted there. try searching a URL on tumblr and finding an ask tagged with that URL, the URL in asks changes with the current one, so you can find out if they just changed their URL or deactivated. If you can't find any posts on tumblr, try to search the URL in google by typing in: "URL" tumblr
