I saw a scene from Attack on Titan where some anime chick cut giant naked Freddy Mercury's neck off.

So is this about some kind of monster extermination service, like NGE but on foot and against tall naked people?

@Mr_Ruse basically it's this: 100-year war between Titans and Humans, Titans rule the land leaving (supposedly) the last of humanity living behind giant-walled cities, truce happens, but then titans attack, five years later humanity raises resistance and tries to reclaim lost land and exterminate the Titan race.
