I wonder what happened to other fuschia lusi...do they just never get to raise kids or did they not evolve at all because there already was one?

As for the fuschia, I figured there would only ever be 2 fuschia bloods at a time, one who IS the empress, and one that will grow up to kill her or be killed and have a replacement born.

Basically, farther down the hemospectrum you go the more of each one there is, which would fit since higher tiers live longer and are "more noble". wouldnt make sense for the planet to be 95% noble-bloods of varying ages with only a couple "low-bloods".
