Have you tried just politely or at least civilly requesting that they stop instead of everyone throwing a bf and then dumping images with intent to provoke them even more

Hey, but it's worth a shot: Dear katnep hater, could I possibly trouble you to consider abandoning this entirely futile vendetta against pictures that rub you the wrong way? The force you've mustered to downvote katnep could instead be mustered to upvote pictures you do like, and that would not be a regrettable waste of everyone's, but especially your own, time. Excuse me anon, but I don't upload for any one person, provoking or not. I upload for the fandom, many of whom like Katnep. If you cared to notice anything beyond your issues with Nepeta you would notice this is an artist I like who happens to draw this and who I have dumped in their entirety, but it's cute that you think you're important or something (though I will say that this has brought to my attention how under uploaded several pairings on this board are, katnep included). I'm not all that thrilled at the notion of having to hold someone's hand and explain that this board does not belong to them and their personal feelings, or having to explain the obvious about how rude it is not only to the people who come here but to the hardworking artists who provide fanart for all of us to enjoy for free.

Actually you know what here, so you can't say I didn't try.

You've been politely explained to why people think it's rude, you've been politely explained to how to utilize the blacklist so that you don't have to suffer, you've now been politely asked to stop. Might have gotten the idea about spiteful Katnep dumping from me. Someone commented about maybe dumping katnep after commenting on the downvote bomb, and I thought it would be kinda funny in a trollish way, so I said they should do it. Probably not my greatest moment, but there it is.
