Well, it got the arms and hands pretty much down pat, actually, but I give this only a solid 2 (or 9, if 10 means "furthest").

It really never seemed fitting that LE look "animalistic," but more "utterly terrifying and otherworldly." The Cairo Overcoat was the evidence that bound him to a humanoid form that perhaps would elevate him above the tangled masses that are the horrorterrors.

Also, this design reminds me too much of SCP-682. The reason for this [DATA EXPUNGED].
