Literally this comes out to "It's all the same that you love me!" I don't know whether to interpret that as "Loving me makes no difference to you!" or "It makes no difference to me whether you love me!" or even, drawing on another use of все равно, "All the same, you still love me!"

No, полюбишь is a future form of the verb любить. It means 'You will love me anyway (or eventually)'
