Is there a way to sort tags by # of upvotes?

If you mean sorting all images in the main directory according to their score, I don't think that's possible (and it would be a LOOONG sorting process). But what you can do, very easily, is search something like:

score:>=10

And you can combine that with any other search term:

score:>=10 john
