This definitely just feels like a mother purposely being affectionate for the sake of embarrassing her child and ruining his school life.

His dialogue reeks of an embarrassed child though, particularly the line "I'm too old for this"

"I'm too old for dubcon incest relationships"

"I'm too old for public displays of affection from my parental figure"

one kinda makes a bit more sense in this context.

(Dave is overreacting like mad which I suppose could make people uncomfortable, but I still feel the same about the intent... I've no real problem with it being tagged whatever though)

Actually, I think I'm more in the camp of this is more of a "kid embarrassed by his guardian parental affection" despite it being tagged as bro/dave in the source link. It seems more familial for reasons Pie listed.

I guess if you squint hard enough you can make it into whatever you want.

Dave is a bit of a drama queen though, that's canon. He flips off the handle frequently and so it's not like his dramatic reaction is a concrete sign of some sort of abuse here.

Just doesn't look like dubcon to me any way I slice it, though of course if the image makes anyone uncomfortable I'd advise not to look at it.

I for one would rather err on the side of caution. If it's tagged Bro/Dave on the artist's blogged then it should probably be given the appropriate tags here, including dubcon. Even innocent-looking things can be triggering.

A fair amount of parental/sibling Bro/Dave is tagged brodave just to get the attention of people who might like it. A lot of our 'siblings:daverose' is labelled dersecest at the source yet we don't tag that.
