It's technically one I guess. These are all dancestor versions of the alphakids sprites. This is the Fefetasprite version using Meenah and Meulin in place of Nepeta and Feferi.

The Tavrisprite is Aranea and Rufioh instead of Vriska and Tavros, Erisolsprite is Cronus and Mituna, and Equiusprite is Horussprite.
