@Mr_Ruse I've been wondering the same thing.
I guess I can sort of think of it as working similarly to an arch? Except those physics don't work so well in my head.

Look at those cubes who are not on corners. They are held up on just one side: the'd fall over if they are weighted with cubes from above.
Or Roxy could be using herself as support of course.

Lean the middle cubes on the 3×3 layer on each other (they'll have to be slightly askew). Then use 2-cube tall support struts on the corners of the 5×5 layer. Voila.
