Who's who, for those unfamiliar with the crossover:
Top left: FFV. John as Bartz/Butz/whatever, Vriska as Faris, Dave as Boco, Terezi as Syldra I guess.

Top right: FFVI. Kanaya as Terra, Rose as Celes, Vriska as Setzer.

Middle left: FFXIII. Terezi as Fang, Nepeta as Vanille.

Middle right: No clue. Instinct is XI, but idk.

Bottom: FFIX. Feferi as Garnet/Dagger, Equius as Steiner.

Middle right is from the Final Fanatsy XI expansion "Treasures of Aht Urhgan" Feferi is Aphmau (in both outfits), who is the current empress of Aht Urhgan (though her real name is Nashmeira). She's finds out there's something wrong with her kingdom and takes on the personal Aphmau in order to investigate! She's very much a genki girl, and is accompanied by two puppets which she simultaneously controls

Eridan is Prince Luzaf, who 200 years ago ruled the neighboring Kingdom of Ephramad. However, Aht Urhgan invaded and decimated his kingdom. He was on his ship The Black Coffin and was going to drown when he forged a pact with Odin whereby he agreed to serve as host for Odin on the condition that he'd be able to raze Aht Urhgan. Uncovering the connection these two have (and the war between the two deities Alexander and Odin) is the whole plot behind the expansion.
