^Looks like it's Konpeito, it's a Japanese candy that's basically rock candy stars. That's what the Star Bits from Super Mario Galaxy are based on, and they were in Spirited Away with a scene with the Soot Sprites.

I'd like to tell you her ancestor is a terrorist dressed as an Asian schoolgirl and her dancestor is an otaku who yells at people in fake Japanese while this trio is responsible for the creation of the Aries constellation, and then Aradia herself will develop an obsession with Indiana Jones, then she'll be killed by a 8lue 8itch who used her boyfriend as bait, threw herself in a kernel, first came back as a sprite, then back as a robot, beated the shit out of her, send everyone to a meteor, ascended as a god tier, froze a lesser enemy who can devour whole planets, and has now a super creepy smile while staring at people and saying nothing, while she is still spooky at the whole time. But for now she's just a super cute grubby who chews at konpeito.
