Does it have to be canon ones?
I'll just play it safe and choose aspects that challenge them.

Elsa - Breath (freedom, cold winds, yadda yadda)

Anna - Time (specifically waiting/slowing down when she wants her future to be here now)

Kristoff - Space (mainly because he'd probably be breeding frogs, but also because it'd make him look at the big picture instead of his little bubble)

Hans - Heart (if he is the one that fucks up the session, it's because he failed at learning how to trust/love others and instead wanted to take control of them through their hearts...personally, I can only see him as a failed Rogue...only taking, never giving back)
