So, yeah, inc ase it somehow IS allowed, Ill go ahead and add it to favorites cause its nice, but wasnt this a "no NSFW site".

Though on that note, is it NSFW by American Standards, or European? Also, can a drawing really be pornographic? Its no more lewd than carvings of fertility idols, theres no photographic representation of an ACTUAL woman's ACTUAL breasts. THen again if its the American version of "NSFW" It doesnt matter because "corruptin' mah childrenz" and whatnot.

Im confused.

we just usually follow the whole "no exposure/explicit/hardcore stuff" rule. exposed female tits fall under this for safety reasons.

I thought that this was allowed because it's artistic nudity. Nothing special is right, though, I should have stated that the parent blog has some pretty explicit stuff going on in it. Sorry, it's been a while since I uploaded stuff!

Well, even though there is stated at the top thar pornographic material is not okay, artistic nudity is no excuse.
Not like I think that nipples are bad and NSFW, but I'm not making policy here.

But tasteful, artistic nudity /isn't/ porn.

I suppose I'm just getting confused because I used to upload on sbooru where 'artistic nudity' was okay as long as genitals weren't shown, and then it sort of got merged in with mspabooru, so now I'm not sure about the policies here.

I mean I marked it 'questionable' and not safe precisely because I know some people won't want this to come up in certain situations, but I really don't see why a shirtless woman is so much more explicit than a shirtless man in a non-sexualized context, and I don't see this as explicit exposure, hardcore titillation, or pornography. It is a shirtless, clearly adult Feferi, and that's it. If her pose and the composition of the picture was clearly designed to draw attention to her breasts and the sexuality thereof, it'd be different, but this really doesn't seem sexualized to me, it just seems like she's shirtless because mermaids traditionally are.

Seriously, she's not even a child in this picture.

I think the problem just comes into knee-jerk reactions. I think I can assume most of us are in North America, and things get a little crazy here. for instance, a woman with her shirt off is a huge bad thing for kids to see, but watching to people making out and doing things 100x more sexual is okay for mid-day TV on childrens networks.

I like the feferi, personally think people who get obsessed with nudity being bad really need to take a step back and LOOK at what goes on around them in public, and deal. cause sometimes things get silly, i can understand sexual acts, but casual or artistic nudity always baffled me at the reactions people gave it.

Yeah, I dunno, I'm just confused because apparently according to some people the 'questionable' tag here can include a picture of humanized doc scratch groping the thigh of handcuffed, schoolgirl dressed, seemingly-but-not-really-underage handmaid and not casually topless merfeferi, and that's sort of weirding me out.
