Why do we need a tag for nosebleeds?

Because plenty of people seem to have a thing with drawing the characters with a bloody nose such as the works of this artist for example post #83132. Also if members here dislike any images that features nosebleeds, they are a chance to place the "nosebleed" tag in the blacklist section of their profile page meaning they won't have to see any images featuring that when they browse the board.
