well i'll just rephrase it and elaborate then
it isn't just that she's short and curvier, though that doesn't really match my image of kanaya. but when you couple it with the mood and disposition, there's just something very un-kanaya-like about all of them. without the horns, you wouldn't even know it's supposed to be her
i just miss when lemoro drew a kanaya i could actually recognize, like post #35651

actually yes, if you removed the horns and gave her glasses, it would fit jane way better. you wouldn't even need to change the hair

At least she is neither much older nor manly on this picture - both this traits are quite common for Kanaya's depictions.

i've actually always liked the idea that despite easily being the most feminine character in the story, she isn't totally va-va-voom conventionally attractive, so without actual examples your comment is a little gross
