Someone should really make a comic based on this character style. This either screams "weird-slice-of-life" story...or "odd-mob/crime-syndicate" story.

What exactly is Rose's left arm doing? Either she's dangling her lower arm down and Jade has a freakishly long arm, or she's secretly Stretch Armstrong.

We can use Jade's arm as a frame of reference.
And it looks like Roses right arm is pretty much fine.
Of course, her left arm seems to have gotten tips from the horrorterrors.

^I think you you are mistaken one of Dave's arms for Rose's in that diagram.
