Is there a tag for "Caliborn and Calliope's Room" or something akin to that?

It's a good idea. I've thought about whether there should be a "cherub_earth" tag that might cover both indoor and outdoor locations. But then again, maybe not since "2422_earth" only gets used for exterior desert shots, not inside the terminals. So maybe "cherub_room" or something?

Honestly, now that I'm thinking more about it, I wonder why we don't just have a "bedroom" tag that can be combined with character names to find whoever's bedroom you're looking for. All the kids and Alternian trolls have established bedrooms, not to mention these two!
