Whoever created her probably wanted to troll everyone by picking a hue nearly in-between the two. However it's just SLIGHTLY more indigo than it is cerulean, so that's her caste.

The other option would be to add in the option to mod your own trolls in. It would kill the bird of adding comic trolls and the bird of adding your OC with one stone.

Perhaps someone will release some youtube video with him playing the game with his fantroll OC intead of Joey in the future. It's bound to happen.
