I actually love it that, even though he's a looser and speaks slowly, underneath all that Tavros is genuinely dumb. I never realised it until now.

I have to say, I'm actually Jake x Tavrosprite so far! Jake finally has somebody to express his feelings of depression and lowered self-esteem. Of course it doesn't remove Vriska and her condescending attitude from the mix.....

I thought the fact that he's kinda an idiot was obvious, I mean he kept following Vriska around and doing what she said for the loooooooongest time~

I never thought Tavros was an idiot. He had self-confidence issues for all the abuse he got from Vriska but somehow he doesn't grew up to be shy or coward. So he always followed Vriska to impress her and make her recognize her value as a troll. But that Pre-Retcon Tavros about who I'm talking about. Everything about Tavrosprite was just bad writing.
