Just have been watching the anime of it and...maybe it's something from part 4? Doesn't seem familiar. But Jotaro is there so maybe it's something that didn't make it in from the manga...

Jotaro grows up to be a marine biologist. And has dolphins as part of his Part 4 outfit.
