Well considering that Trolls supposedly have no concept of "family" she might not care at all. Then again she DID marry Colonel Sassacre (presumably twice over 2 instances of the same universe) so it might not apply to her.

consider for a moment that the Condesce sent Jade, her most powerful agent to capture John as one of her top priorities. Alpha John was also the child who stayed behind with her, similar to Beta Jane. Considering the effort that the Condesce seems to have gone through to acquire the members of the Egbert/Crocker family. I think its fairly obvious that the Condesce has some pretty big plans for John.

Big Plans? Maybe. Emotional care? Not so much.

The main reason she tried to capture John wich Jade stated: He randomly appeared and dissapeared for (for her) unexplainable reasons, altering the way she wanted things to go in ways she couldn't predict. (in fact no one predict)

Also John was/is one of the few God-Tiers shown to have a vast understanding of his own powers so sending Jade who also has a similarly large understanding of her own powers and strenght was only logical.

Another thing: She was more than powerful enough to handle a single godtier (one with millenia worth of experience no less) with little to no effort. If the Condesce actually cared for what can be for the lack of a better word only be described as "her own kin" she would have done so herself.

Lastly: it was a failed timeline...we have no idea how the "alpha" timeline version of the condesce (aka post cosmic retcon) actually feels about him or anyone for the matter.
For all we know of the "alpha" timeline she might as well want him dead as much as everyone else defying her.
