I've decided to change the rating of art that depicts humans or other "humanized" trolls showing large amounts of blood and gore as "questionable." The colored blood of trolls seems innocuous enough, but when art (or in this case, image manipulations) shows humans and copious amounts of blood, the interpretation of it becomes more explicit. At least for me, that is.
