But... women don't lactate unless they have given birth recently. (I guess this was drawn before the reveal that the kids are adopted.)

But... even so, Mom shouldn't be drinking alcohol because her breastmilk will be infused with anything in her bloodstream. I can't help but notice details like this.

Women can induce the lactation through processes or start naturally in certain circumstances.

And the alcohol... I think is part of the joke.
