Does the booru have a tag for emoticons and/or emotes? I was just wondering, since specialsari seems to use them frequently in his/her art.

It's not just them, per se. It's one of those "artist memes" that are popular on Tumblr, where someone submits a character and an emoji, and the artist draws the character emoting as such.
