Yes but most of the real trans men (Not the people who claim being trans but doesn't have dysphoria) don't want to look feminine at all.

also as far as i know, most people don't care how trans guys dress, they're just dissapointed that the first canon trans man is a kanaya clone

Actually, OP explain in the tags that he (a trans man) found the design of Lanque awful even when he wears makeup four times per week.

every troll in the jadeblood caste is expected to identify as female to fit their role as a motherly caretaker, because of that, a transmale jadeblood is the only type of troll that would feel the same societal pressures that actual human trans people do. Lanque being a jadeblood and him being trans is really fucking important. also, transmales can look like whatever they want to be, there are tons of "actual" trans dudes that want to look feminine, so shut up

Why everyone keep saying that like a fact? Kanaya never explained us the life or culture of jadeblood and thanks to Porrim we know they are PREDOMINANTLY female. Where is explicitly stated from a official source that all jadeblood are forced to identify female?

I was mostly a bit disappointed by Lanque being Trans because I was excited to have a male Jadeblood (as in, one who is biologically male and identifies as male)
