Why doesn't Feferi have a navel? I mean, it's never exactly been confirmed that trolls have an anatomy similar to humans, but it's still kind odd.

I mean I'd assume no trolls have them if we're gonna think about it, do any egg laying species have them? (plus we've seen them naked...as grubs, with no visible bellybuttons)

A naval/bellybutton is literally just where the umbilical cord attached to the uterus, or in the case of egg-laying species, to the inner part of the shell. You'll find most young lizards, snakes, and some birds ( though it's hard to tell on them ) have navals... but they usually go away with time, unlike with humans. Most other mammals don't even really have them.
