Yeah, but the funny thing about the Stabdads is that they're unlike their "children" in crucial ways that lead to confusion, shame or resentment. So after thinking it over the other day I figured:

Pickle Inspector is Equius' dad. They share a love of mechani% and both regard fine art with disquietingly intense ogle. But PI is miserable at SPORNTS while Equius has a tendency to ruin tea parties.

Problem Sleuth is Eridan's dad. They both agree that shooting first and asking questions never is the hardboiled way to sleuth any conundrum, and that accepting gifts from angels is even better than taking strangers' candy. However, PS is dismayed that his son's PULCHRITUDE stat remains negative.

Ace Dick doesn't have kids. He's too busy living the life of a hard-partying bachelor. However, this lifestyle means he gets drunk with some frequency.

When that happens, a random kid gets a phone call from Ace Dick In A Wig. These calls are generally full of tearful apologies, passive-aggressive remarks, and dismay that the fruit of Ace's womb doesn't even call anymore.

But this is why I feel that Problem Sleuth would be an awesome stabdad for Kanaya. Because they do share one similarity: post #1666

Plus, there is the fact that as far as Kanaya is concerned, her dad is pretty much one of the most awkward dads ever that needs constant supervision: post #54617 and she'd basically be the best mom ever post #56127

And in spite of everything, they really do love each other... even if they do miss.
