They can go either way. Remember, John's symbol on his t-shirt is green and Jade's symbol is blue.

Okay, so...

John's is pretty obvious.
And Dave's as well.
Then Jade's deals with the whole dog thing.
But Rose stumped me until I recalled the Dark/Light worlds.

Jane's is for the "masks" she wears? Or just because it's John's "WW" as "MM"?
There's Dirk's dealing with splintering the story between two games I guess.
Roxy's relates to dreams and her sleeping, maybe?
And all I can think for Jake's is ADVENTURE.
