Technically both iterations are the same at this point. They don't separate into Nanna/Jane or John/Poppop until after they go the Skaia Portals that separate them into the B1 and B2 iterations.

Basically what I'm saying: we ought to go into every picture that has the kids as babies in the Medium (but not once they've arrived on Earth) and tag them with both names.
