Idea: Since "Erisol" is now the name of an actual character, maybe we should give this ship a clever name like most of the others?

Erisol is pretty iconic though, and the sprite is named differently.

(However if we ever swapped the name out I vote for WWII).

WWII aaaaah hahahaha..... but since tagging rejects capitalization I'm afraid this isn't the right venue for that beautiful name. It would come out as the noticeably less funny "wwii".

Also yeah Erisol is pretty much canon ship name. If we changed it, I'd be forced to petition a better name for Spacetime despite it also being essentially canon.

Not terribly fond of aspect smooshing in general.


Certainly don't find it particularly inventive, but I accept that fact that it's fanon canon.

I mean if we obliged ourselves to hew to the most common shipping names then we'd have way less fun. We'd be calling it "davekat" instead of the immaculate "red_knight_district".

Yeah but Erisol and Spacetime are different. They are huge ships and you essentially never see anything else used for them. (I suppose I have seen honeywwands used from time to time but eh)

I have seen rkd used before and Davekat isn't as huge a ship as either Spacetime or Erisol.


Though I would love to see Harley_Davidson take hold...

"harley_davidson" is fantastic! And honestly I could get behind DJ's suggestion of "brainwaves" (by itself, not spelled quirkily). "erisol" was a great, punny ship name before Erisolsprite came along, but it's just awkward being able to refer to Fefeta or Arquius but not Erisol without appropriate context.

I guess I'm not really pushing hard for this because I gotta pick my battles, but I just want to say that stuff to get it out there in the air.
