Can we remove the "sourcing attempted" and "sourcing needed" tags now that we know the artist is viivus?

Not quite how booru protocol works. It's one thing to identify the artist and another to actually find a link to a page where they originally offered up the material. In fact we have a different tag, artist_needed, for when the artist is unknown.
