I don't remember the specifics but our old translator said it was detailing the way their puns and quirks worked in Japanese / ways to convey their personalities through Japanese.

From tari_elenion:

This is pretty much just talking about how Sollux and Feferi would have their quirks/speech styles translated into Japanese.

Sollux:
-uses "ore" for "I", "anta" for "you". makes him sound kind of rough/assertive.
-replaces "fu", "ni", and "tsuu" with 2s (these are all different ways to pronounce the number 2 in Japanese)
-"Keke" is basically just how KK would be pronounced in Japanese
-ends sentences with -ssu, a kind of slurred version of "desu"
-lower three bubbles correspond to something like "whiich means", "should be possiible iif you do iit normally", and "yeah" as examples of different quirks

Feferi:
-uses "atashi" for "I" (pretty girly) and both "anata" and "kimi" for "you". these are more polite than the terms Sollux is using.
-fish puns are translated as using the normal characters for words but with the "fish" radical added. not sure if these will actually show up, but the characters you would normally use for the ones in her largest speech bubble up there would be 有 and 思.
-trident quirk is translated as using katakana "yo" and extending it at the ends of sentences, which has the bonus of making her sound super energetic :)
-laugh is "kupupu", which sounds like burbling water
-two largest speech bubbles roughly translate to "That sounds like a GR-EAT ID-EA too!" and "This is fun!"

I'd like to see what localized quirks Mihirahira could come up with for Damara.
