what I gathered isn't adequate enough for a real translation (if anyone is able to somehow double or triple the size while maintaining the clarity of the characters, that would be an immense help),
but the top bubble does contain comments like "an English level below that of an elementary school student" in addition to a reference to Homestuck itself and the chat logs
so its plausible there is meta humor here.
