'A god tiered Bard of Heart would be a vicious manipulator and a massive problem for anyone under their influence. They’d be able to talk people into destroying their own sense of self, possibly leading people into a purely instinct-driven state of madness. They’d also be able to warp the instincts of their enemies, making them fight much less effectively. Finally, they could do something really nasty, and completely change someone’s entire personality and soul into something worthy of a Just death. In short, the Bard of Heart is despair and chaos in the form of a whispered song into the wrong ears.'
