I don't think it's halo, but I have no idea where I've seen it before. Maybe it'll come to me in a day or two.

I was looking around the artist's tumblr, and I noticed they tagged every other crossover in the pic in the link, without mentioning anything about Jake in the lower left. I came across the Jake costumes by themselves: http://blackwishingstar.tumblr.com/post/27342696978
and the artist notes how Jake's costume looked more Halo related than they intended. However no mention is made of him being dressed as anyone, so maybe it's just an original costume for him? Jane didn't get a crossover costume at all.

I know its been quite a while sicne anyone talked here, but is maybe Jake supposed to be the guy from halflife 2? same suit just green instead of orange.

Its... probably just meant to be a Jake version of the Iron Lass suit. With shorts instead of a skirt.
