Is there a difference between pastel goth and just pastel? Because I'm not seeing any for some of these images.

Eh it's usually intentional and specified at the source if they're aiming for the pastel goth joke. This just looks like a pastel sweater.

(plus not very "gothy" though some of the images in the tag are a little light on the goth side of things too)
