So not sure if this is prophetic fanart or not.

On the one hand it was drawn much before the Bard outfit was shown in canon, but on the other hand it was obviously drawn by someone with prior knowledge.

That being said none of us knew if he was really serious (though we probably should have known, it is Hussie after all).

We have prophetic fanart as a pool, not a tag.
Unless we changed policy on that since the last time I looked into it.

Should we just tag this as "not_fanart" seeing as it's official art by the creator or not? Or is the artist tag "mspandrew" enough?
