I heard somewhere this is actually a manip from a video game?

God of War or something similar?

Apparently the image is "Hub of Time" drawn by Daniel Dociu. As far as I'm getting it's not an in-game scene, but rather a proposed concept art of a potential world that may or may not be used in the game "Guild Wars."
