Hm. Well obviously Caliborn would be ineligible by reason of dudeliness, so only Calliope would get the wish and moe lich powers. If they've got two souls sharing one body normally, one soul in the body and one controlling it from the gem shouldn't be much of a change. The real question is what happens if her gem goes black. My best bet is that he'd just remain asleep until their shared body was destroyed, but he might remain perpetually awake in his sister's personal hellscape, silently screaming for a merciful death.

All that assumes that Calliope's wish doesn't eradicate Caliborn. If it does, than what remains is a perfectly ordinary little green skull puella.
