Not sure about Misato and Kaji choices. I could be convinced Terezi is a good fit, but Karkat Is absolutely nothing like Kaji. Or is this closer to the reboot? I've yet to watch that.
Absolutely no one could portray the eva pilots better though.

Which is awesome since Tavros has attachments to both Aradia and Vriska much like Shinji does with Rei and Asuka.

Perhaps not Karkat as Kaji?
Maybe not Hussie either.
Everything else is amazing, and I feel happier every time I see those three in the center.

Well Hussie is as much Tav's father as anyone I guess as his creator. And it frequently does seem in the comic he doesn't give much of a shit about him. I think Hussie works perfectly.

...That is an incredibly good point. My only objections are that Gendo's is a personal sort of apathy, and that Hussie just doesn't fit with the Trolls-as-EVA-characters theme. But he could throw on the ol' grey greasepaint, and make that right. So. NBD.
