For all the fuss made about shipping names and whatnot, no one bothered to give one to one of the few pairings that actually happened in the comic, and one of the arguably most universally loved ship in the fandom?

It's hard to think of a name for something so perfect.

I'd say go with like "Parents" (mom & dad) but that doesn't really have anything shippy to it... "only have eyes for you" ? Because neither of them are depicted with eyes?

Something to do with their drinking / smoking vices?

Yes, I think Pie has pinpointed the problem, it's a perfect ship and people worry about finding a perfect name for it.

I've heard 'margarita cake'?

but nothing seems quite perfect enough.
