To this day I wonder if Rose drew the Wizardy Herbert pictures in her room. She's never said a thing about having any artistic ability, and Roxy invented him in Homestuck. Maybe Mom drew them, and Rose hung them up passive-aggressively? A mystery for the ages.

Rose drew them. They're just one of the unique personality traits which you can only witness in someone's room since they won't bring it up later, like Dave having a dead fetus in a jar for example.
